Dinner Ideas: Chicken Lombardy
Tonight's dinnner is Chicken Lombardy, steamed rice, yellow corn on a cob, homemade pickled cucumber with manzanilla olives stuffed with minced pimiento, and pickled carrots (a leftover from a Mexican restaurant).
