Balut - The Filipino Delicacy - SUBSCRIBER CHALLENGE

Thank you to our two thousand plus subscribers ! As promised, I said I would try BALUT if we reached 2000 subscribers!  Balut is a Filipino delicacy , enjoyed by many here in the Philippines. The Balut stands usually don't start popping up until around sunset and are a popular snack for workers after a long day at work.  Balut is a duck egg with an duck embryo inside. Mostly are ready at 18 days. After you crack the top, many people put salt and vinegar  in the top and then suck all the juice's  out (sabaw/soup). Then you crack the rest of the egg, add more salt and vinegar  and eat the balut. It is not very appealing in looks, as you can actually see the embryo, but if you work fast you can get passed that and place it down the hatch. My experience with balut: Not as bad as I thought it might be, and helped I had a few shots before hand. I've always said to my kids, "You can't say it's bad without trying it. Building a Beach House in the Philippines - The Finished Product & Tour!

We know it has been awhile since we have uploaded a video to our channel, and we have had a lot of requests to show the finished product and the complete tour even before it was finished. It took us awhile to upload as we were so caught up with the ongoing construction, and just needed a break and to concentrate on finishing our beach house and to make it our home. Since we started building our beach house, we had a lot of requests to upload the house tour. As you all know, we first built the second floor of the house where our bedroom is, then later, the first floor where the kitchen, rest room (or what the Filipinos call CR which stands for Comfort Room), and living room.
